Hey, I’m Torrie!

Fitness is my passion

There is no one way to success in life, just like there is no one way for individuals to attain optimal health- everyone’s path is different. I take this with me into every group and client I work with, be it online or in person. I give you the tools to be successful with your training goals, but the results you seek are a byproduct of the work you put in. I focus on education, empowerment and a plan for success in the weight room (or your home gym) and in life. Whether you are taking a class or working 1-1 with me, you will learn something new, laugh and leave the session feeling strong and energized.

When I’m not training clients or teaching group classes, you will find me lost in a book or getting my own training in. I also run Phys-Ed Department, a health and fitness community for youth and teens. Find free 15 minute video “Recess” breaks on YouTube.

“Torrie is an amazing personal trainer. Since the day I started training with her I have been seeing results. She motivates me and doesn’t let me give up.
